Today we are going to learn about memory. Everyone's memory is supposed to work the same, but it doesn't. Some people have excellent memories and some .... not so much. Some people get ill or have brain injuries that effect the way that they remember. You see that sometimes in older people.
Our memory works like a computer:
We input data through our senses.
Our brain encodes the information.
Our brain storesthe information.
Our brain retrieves the information when we need it.
